These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Celestial Oracle ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Kronos Automation. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Celestial Oracle is a tarot application that provides daily card draws, tarot spread readings, written and AI-generated card interpretations, a 78-card reference, and a personal reading journal. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription (see "Subscriptions & Billing").
All readings, interpretations, and content in the App are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal-growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the App, and you should consult a qualified professional for important matters.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you create an account or sign in (for example, with Google), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, reverse-engineering or interfering with its operation, reselling or redistributing its content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the journal entries and notes you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, saving your readings and generating personalized interpretations). You can delete your content and account at any time from Settings.
The App and its content — including the original card illustrations, written interpretations, text, design, and software — are owned by Kronos Automation or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any reading or interpretation is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kronos Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for the security or integrity of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kronos Automation is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
