Celestial Oracle ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Kronos Automation, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information (such as your name). You may also use the App with an anonymous account.
• Your content. The readings you generate and the journal entries and reflections you write in the App.
• Subscription information. Your purchase and subscription status (managed through Google Play and our subscription provider). We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Usage & device data. How you use the App, app performance and error reports, approximate region/locale and currency, and device identifiers used for analytics and notifications.
• Push token. If you enable notifications, a device push token so we can send daily card reminders.
• Support communications. Information you provide when you contact us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the App — daily draws, spreads, interpretations, and your reading journal.
• To generate personalized, AI-assisted readings (Premium).
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To send daily card reminders, if you opt in.
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI-Powered Readings

For Premium readings, your reading history and the cards drawn may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, "Claude") to generate personalized interpretations. We do not send your name or account identity to the AI provider. AI-generated content is for entertainment and self-reflection only and may be inaccurate.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the App, and only as needed:

• Google — sign-in and Google Play billing.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Anthropic — AI reading generation (Premium only).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data, except where we must retain limited information to meet legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.

6. Security

Your data is stored in our database with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Access your readings and journal at any time in the App.
• Delete your account and associated data from Settings.
• Export your reading history.
• Turn notifications on or off, and opt out of analytics.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights — such as to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

We operate from the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing.

10. Audio & Media

The App does not record audio, access your microphone, or collect photos or other media from your device.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
